
B-Sens Assign Goaltender Mike Brodeur to Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced that they have assigned goaltender Mike Brodeur to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL for conditioning.
Brodeur, in his second season with the B-Sens, appeared in Binghamton's Oct. 8 home opener versus Adirondack playing 55 minutes and stopping 27 of 28 shots faced before a collision with a teammate forced him to leave the game.
The Calgary native appeared in 36 games for the B-Sens during the 2009-10 campaign, posting a 13-13-2 record, with two shutouts, 3.06 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage.
The 6-2, 190-pound Brodeur has appeared in 100 career ECHL games with Augusta, Greenville, Pensacola and Toledo, posting a 48-38-9 record, with seven shutouts, and 2.60 goals-against average.
The B-Sens return to action Friday, Nov. 5 as they travel to the Bell Centre in Montreal to face the Hamilton Bulldogs, affiliate to the National Hockey League's Canadiens. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. Fans can listen live on 680 WINR-AM or 1430 WENE-AM beginning 30 minutes before game time for Countdown to Faceoff with Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens.
