Elmira's three-game win streak was halted by the Aces, 6-3. Estaquio Garcia led the Aces offensively, singling and doubling in five at-bats, driving in two. Alex Pena pitched five innings of 4-hit ball, allowing just one earned run, to pick up the win. Julio LaSalle pitched well for the Pioneers, giving up just two earned runs on six hits over seven, but the bullpen struggled, allowing three runs in the last two innings. Cleatus Davidson homered for Elmira, launching a solo shot in the ninth.
