With the New York Liberty's 106-79 loss to the Phoenix Mercury Wednedsay evening, the Las Vegas Aces have clinched their third straight playoff appearance.
With a 17-7 record, the Aces are in second place in the WNBA standings, one game behind the front-running Connecticut Sun (18-6), and percentage points ahead of the third-place Seattle Storm (18-8).
