July 29, 2004 - Canadian American League (Can-Am)
Aces News Release
North Shore slugged sixteen hits, six of them doubles, and used a solid outing from starter Ben Knapp to clobber the Aces 11-2. Knapp went six innings, allowing two runs on two hits and striking out seven for his fifth win of the season. Six Spirit players had at least two hits, including 3B Nilson Teilon who went 4-for-6 with a double and three RBI. Despite the offensive barrage, the Spirit weren't particularly efficient at the plate, stranding thirteen runners. The Aces didn't help themselves in the field, committing three errors that led to four unearned runs.
