Aces Acquire Navin from Utah for Levesque

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA - The Alaska Aces have acquired forward Brad Navin in a trade with the Utah Grizzlies for defenseman Marc-Andre Levesque.

Aces Head Coach and President of Hockey Operations Rob Murray made the announcement Monday.

Navin, 24, a native of Waupaca, Wisconsin, has six goals and 11 assists for 17 points and 23 penalty minutes in 27 games for the Grizzlies. The 6-3, 205 pound center was acquired by Utah at the beginning of the season from Atlanta.

Levesque has played in 30 games for Alaska this season, scoring two goals and adding 13 assists for 15 points and 32 penalty minutes.

The Aces begin a 10 game, three week road trip with a game this Thursday at Elmira, New York.
