Saskatoon Blades News Release
The Saskatoon Blades had placed right-winger Jeremy Boyer on waivers, in an attempt to get down to three 20-year-olds by the October 14th deadline. Jeremy has cleared waivers and is eligible to continue his hockey career in the Junior A.
Jesse Williamson has been reassigned to Bonnyville, AB to play in the AJHL for the Pontiacs. The 18-year-old defensive player made the Saskatoon Blades 50 Player Protected List during training camp this summer. Williamson, who played with the Saskatoon Blazers last season, had a chance to play in six pre-season games, collecting two assists and six penalty minutes.
