Bighorns Complete Two Trades Prior to Draft Day

RENO, NV - The Reno Bighorns completed two trades today with the Bighorns acquiring the returning player rights to Ricky Ledo and Jeremy Wise as well as obtaining the 5th round pick (93 overall) in tomorrow's NBA Development League Draft.

With the Bighorns acquiring the returning player rights to Jeremy Wise, the Bighorns agreed to trade the player rights to Bighorns 7'5" center, Sim Bhullar. The trade is pending the successful completion of a physical.

Last season, Bhullar became the first player of Indian descent to sign an NBA contract when he signed with the Sacramento Kings. Before receiving his call-up to the Sacramento Kings, Bhullar averaged 10.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game with the Bighorns.

Ledo (6'7",195lbs), played 12 games with the New York Knicks last season where he averaged 7.4 points and 2.8 rebounds in 12 contests. Prior to joining the Knicks roster, Ledo played with the Texas Legends during the 2013-14 and 2015-16 season. Last season with the legends, Ledo played 26 games (23 starts) averaging 15.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.

The Bighorns also acquired in a trade today with the Bakersfield Jam, the returning player rights to Jeremy Wise and the Jam's 2015 5th round pick in exchange for the Bighorn's own original 2015 4th round draft pick (61 overall).

Wise (6'5", 185lbs), joined the Marso NYKK in Hungary for the 2014-15 season. During Wise's time in Hungary, he averaged 18.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.

During the 2013-14 season, Wise played with the Jam where he played 17 games averaging 8.4 points, and 3.7 assists per game.

The Bighorns makes their 2015-16 home debut versus the L.A. D-Fenders on Friday, Nov. 13 at the Reno Events Center.
