Carolina Mudcats News Release
Zebulon, NC --- The Florida Marlins have made a series of player moves affecting the Carolina Mudcats of the Southern League.
RHP Yorman Bazardo has been optioned back to the Mudcats from Florida. Bazardo made his major league debut in relief against the New York Mets on Thursday night.
IF Drew Niles has been reassigned to Carolina from Triple-A Albuquerque. Niles opened the season with Carolina and was promoted to the Isotopes on May 12th.
RHP Logan Kensing has been placed on the seven-day disabled list.
RHP Josh Johnson has been reassigned to the Jupiter Hammerheads of the Florida State League.
LHP Adam Bostick has been promoted to the Mudcats from Jupiter
