67's Select Luca Bonomo with 88th Overall Pick in OHL Draft

OTTAWA - With their fifth-round, 88th overall pick in the 2024 OHL Priority Selection, the Ottawa 67's have selected defenceman Luca Bonomo, of the North York Rangers U16 AAA.
"Luca is a towering, physical defenceman," said 67's Associate General Manager and Director of Scouting Jan Egert. "He is a mobile skater, who plays with poise in his end of the ice."
Hailing from Vaughan, Bonomo suited up in 75 games for the Rangers, tallying 13 points, and posting a plus-minus rating of 20. He added two assists in six games at the OHL Cup.
