
67's Select Defenceman Henry Mews with 7th Overall Pick in OHL Draft

OTTAWA - With the seventh overall pick in the 2022 OHL Priority Selection, the Ottawa 67's have selected defenceman Henry Mews, of the Toronto Jr. Canadiens (GTHL).
"Henry is a dynamic puck-moving defenceman," said General Manager James Boyd. "We are extremely excited to welcome him to the Ottawa 67's."
A native of Nepean, Mews recorded 14 goals and 64 assists for 78 points in 52 regular season games. In six games at the OHL Cup, he notched a goal and four assists, totalling five points, as his Jr. Canadiens finished as the tournament's runners-up.
