67's Kick off Three-In-Three Set in Peterborough

In the first of three games in as many days, the Ottawa 67's pay a visit to the Peterborough Petes. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05pm EDT, and Barber Poles fans catch this one on CHLTV. Kenny Walls has the call on TSN1200.ca, and 580 CFR, at 8pm EST, following Santa Talk.

Ottawa is coming off an 8-3 loss to the Hamilton Bulldogs, Saturday. Vinzenz Rohrer, and Luca Pinelli tallied their eighth, and third goals of the year, respectively, while Brad Gardiner scored his first OHL goal, in the effort.

The Petes, on the other hand, were defeated 4-1 by the Oshawa Generals on Sunday. Sam Alfano scored the lone Peterborough goal, with goaltender Tye Austin making 33 saves.

These teams were in action, in the rink, just eight days ago. Thomas Johnston notched his first OHL hat trick, and Brady Stonehouse scored his sixth of the season, leading the 67's to a 4-3 victory. Netminder Will Cranley put forth a dazzling performance, stopping 31 shots for the win.

Vinzenz Rohrer, in the midst of a four-game point streak, is off to represent Team Austria at the 2022 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship.

Of the six goals Brady Stonehouse has scored on the season, three have come against Peterborough.

Johnston's hat trick included a goal in every situation; even strength, powerplay, and shorthanded.
