67's Keep Rolling with Fourth-Straight Win

OTTAWA - The Ottawa 67's won their fourth-straight game at home on Friday night, defeating the Windsor Spitfires by a score of 4-1.
Marco Rossi scored twice, while Sasha Chmelevski and Tye Felhaber also had goals for the Barber Poles, while Kyle McDonald was the only goalscorer for the visitors.
Windsor came out the gates strong in this one, applying an aggressive forecheck and testing goalie Cedrick Andree with 8 shots in the first, only to be turned away again and again by the Ottawa goalie.
The Barber Poles came back on a mission in the second. Marco Rossi opened the scoring, tipping a Hudson Wilson shot behind DiPietro 7:55 into the period for his fifth of the campaign and his fourth-straight game with a goal. Rossi would add another one later that period, giving his team a two-goal advantage. With 1:16 left in the period, the Spitfires would strike back with the help of Ottawa native Kyle McDonald's first career OHL goal.
After scoring his first of the year earlier in the week, Sasha Chmelevski scored his second goal in as many games with a nifty wraparound on Friday, giving the 67's a two-goal lead once again. Tye Felhaber would seal the deal with an empty net goal, his ninth of the season. The Keating-Rossi-Felhaber line starred once again for the Barber Poles, with 6 points on the night.

''I feel really good, but I have to say, I have really good linemates; Felhaber and Keating make it really easy for me to score, so I'm happy to play with them. I think now I'm more confident because I feel comfortable in the league and I'm just trying to keep it rolling.''
Game Notes
Marco Rossi is on a roll: the Austrian has six goals in his last four games. He has scored at least one in all four of those.
The 67's outshot the Spitfires 31-23.
Windsor was shut down by the 67's penalty kill, going 0-4 on the man advantage.
With two assists tonight, Austen Keating is one point shy of the league lead with 16.
In the last 4 games, the Keating-Rossi-Felhaber line has combined for 24 points.
