6 Former Grizzlies on NHL Playoff Rosters

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies announced today that 6 of their former players are on playoff rosters as the Stanley Cup Playoffs get underway tonight.

Former Grizzlies will be represented in all three games this evening when Philadelphia visits Pittsburgh (Richard Park) at 5:30 p.m. on Versus, Detroit plays at Nashville at 6 p.m. (CNBC) and Vancouver (Keith Ballard) hosts Los Angeles at 8:30 p.m. on NBCSN.

Last year, Keith Ballard advanced to the Stanley Cup Final with Vancouver as they advanced to game seven.

-Keith Ballard: Vancouver Canucks: With Utah during the 2004-2005 season.

-Todd Bertuzzi: Detroit Red Wings: With Utah during the 1996-1997 season.

-John Erskine: Washington Senators: With Utah from 2000-2004.

-Zenon Konopka: Ottawa Senators: With Utah during the 2003-2004 season.

-Richard Park: Pittsburgh Penguins: With Utah during the 1999-2000 season.

-Mike Smith: Phoenix Coyotes: With Utah from 2002-2004.
