
4th of July Fireworks Celebration at Harlingen Field

HARLINGEN - The Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings, in conjunction with the City of Harlingen, have announced that a Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration will be held at Harlingen Field Tuesday, July 4.
The event is free and open to the public, though cars will be charged $1 to park. Gates will open at 7 p.m. on July 4, with open seating at the stadium and on the infield. The band "The Cruisers" will perform from 7:30 to 9:30 from a stage on the baseball field. A fireworks show will follow, beginning at approximately 9:30 p.m. All activities are expected to be concluded by 10 p.m.
Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the event. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the stadium.
This event is co-sponsored by the City of Harlingen and the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings professional baseball team.
Bring your family and friends for what is sure to be a relaxing and entertaining evening at Harlingen Field.
