PRINCETON, N.J. - The East Coast Hockey League on Sunday announced the 2001-02 postseason All-ECHL teams as determined in a vote of ECHL Coaches.

The first team includes two right wings because Kowalsky and Walby both received the same number of votes. Each player is making their inaugural appearance on an All-ECHL team.
Named to the ECHL All-Rookie Team on Thursday, Cloutier is 28-5-3 and leads the ECHL with an ECHL record-tying seven shutouts, a 1.84 goals against average and a .945 save percentage. Under contract to the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League, Cloutier was the starting goaltender for the Southern Conference in the 2002 Sovereign Bank/ECHL All-Star Game on January 22 in Trenton, N.J. Cloutier, who played the past three seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, was the ECHL Goalie of the Month in November after going 7-0-1 with a 1.71 goals against average and a .952 save percentage, including back-to-back 1-0 shutouts.
In his second professional season, Dietrich ranks second on the Checkers with 29 goals, 44 assists and 73 points. He had an ECHL season-high scoring streak of 21 games from January 15 to March 16 in which he scored 32 points on 13 goals and 19 assists. Duerden leads Charlotte with 31 goals and 74 points. A two-time starter in the ECHL All-Star Game, Harney is currently playing with Saint-John in the AHL and has also played in the AHL with Lowell. In 55 games with the Checkers, he has scored 42 points (6g-36a).
The ECHL leader with 70 assists and 102 points, Dumont is the first Pensacola player in history to earn First-Team All-ECHL honors. Pankewicz ranks sixth in the ECHL with 85 points on 39 goals and 46 assists. Both Dumont and Pankewicz were named starters for the Southern Conference in the 2002 Sovereign Bank/ECHL All-Star Game on January 22 in Trenton, N.J.
Kowalsky and Dalmao become only the second and third Roanoke players to earn First-Team All-ECHL honors joining left wing Jeff Jablonski, who was named to the first team in 1996-97. A starter in the 2002 Sovereign Bank/ECHL All-Star game, Kowalsky leads the Express with 35 goals, 48 assists and five game-winning goals, and is tied with Dalmao for the team lead with 11 power-play goals. Named ECHL Defenseman of the Year on Saturday, Dalmao leads ECHL defenseman with 22 goals and 55 points while ranking second with 11 power-play goals.
Walby is the first Mississippi player in history to earn First-Team All-ECHL honors. Walby ranks second in the ECHL lead with 42 goals and third in scoring with 93 points.
McCauley is tied for third among ECHL defenseman with 53 points and tied for fifth with 15 goals. He becomes the fourth Dayton defenseman to earn First-Team honors joining Tom Nemeth, who earned the honor three times, Steve Lingren, and Brandon Smith.
Murphy leads ECHL goaltenders with 30 wins while ranking second with a 2.12 goals against average. He was the ECHL Goalie of the Month in February after going 8-2 with a 1.60 goals against average and a .940 save percentage. He was 8-0 with a 1.00 goals against average in his first eight starts in February, including a team record scoreless streak of 209:36.
Seitz leads the ECHL lead with 44 goals while ranking second in scoring with 98 points and fifth with 54 assists. He was named the Sher-Wood ECHL Player of the Month in February after leading the ECHL with 16 goals and 28 points in 15 games.
Traded to Greenville from Reading on March 2, Tremblay, who played in the 2002 Sovereign Bank/ECHL All-Star Game, is tied for eighth among ECHL defensemen with 48 points on 11 goals and 37 assists.
