
13 Academy Players Announce Intentions to Play Collegiate Soccer

The Colorado Rapids announced today that 13 players from the club's Under-18 Development Academy Team have committed to play collegiate soccer starting this August.
"We are very proud of these young men as they prepare to take their next step in both their education and their soccer careers," said Rapids Senior Director of Soccer Development Brian Crookham. "These players and their families have put in countless hours in pursuit of this dream and it will be fun to watch them continue their journey. This is not the end of the road with us, as many will continue as part our Homegrown system as they progress through college."
The Colorado Rapids Soccer Academy provides a complete structure that serves every type of player. From fostering grassroots interest in the game through camps and developmental soccer to providing the highest level of training for the aspiring professional, the Rapids Soccer Academy is dedicated to growing the game and the individuals who participate in it.
