February 3, 2026 - CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The Appalachian League announced that its charitable outreach totaled $2.5 million of gift-in-kind and monetary donations in 2025. The league and its clubs volunteered more than 5,000 community service hours last year.
The league's charitable footprint stretches across communities in North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, where its teams are located. January 5, 2026 - GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - The Greeneville Flyboys and Eastman Credit Union have agreed to a five-year field naming rights partnership alongside Tusculum University.
Starting with the 2026 season, the Flyboys and Tusculum Baseball's home field will be named Eastman Credit Union Field, while the ballpark itself will remain Pioneer Park. The change comes after five years of the Greeneville Flyboys calling Pioneer Park home since their inaugural season in 2021.
