ApL Pulaski River Turtles August 13, 2026 - CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The Appalachian League announced that Pulaski's Bill Kinneberg was named the 2026 Manager of the Year. Kinneberg guided the Pulaski River Turtles to a 25-20 record, their first playoff win in franchise history and a spot in the Appalachian League Championship Game in 2026.
