January 13, 2026 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington Wild Things have added to their front office with the addition of two account executives. Doug Richard and Lauren Burke began their roles with the team today and have joined the team's sales staff, as the team looks to continue to provide great experiences for local fans, families and the community at large.

January 5, 2026 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington Wild Things have signed infielder Cole Fowler, who began his pro career with the Wild Things on a one-year deal in 2025, to a contract for the 2026 season, which includes a club option for 2027. Fowler played in 25 games last summer during the regular season and division-title push.

December 30, 2025 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington Wild Things have made a splash in free agency, bolstering the middle of the lineup with the signing of outfielder Anthony Brocato, who played for the Wild Things in the back end of 2022 before being named a Frontier League Postseason All Star in 2023 with the team. Brocato left the Frontier League after 2023 before returning mid-2025 to the Florence Y'alls on a one-year deal, quickly returning to form as one of the biggest sluggers in league history.

December 29, 2025 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - Having had his contract exercised prior to the turn of the new league year on December 15, 2022, Frontier League All Star and Wild Things' home-run king Andrew Czech has committed to a return to the team in 2026. It'll be the first baseman's sixth season in pro ball, all of which have been in a Wild Things' uniform.
