May 27, 2024 - BASEBALL Atlantic League: The Gastonia (NC) Baseball Club of the independent Atlantic League played a five-game series last week (May 14-19) as the Gastonia Gastronauts. This is one of eight potential names the team will use for games this season to test fan reaction as it selects a permanent name for the 2025 season. Karnik Plays Hero in Bandits 88-83 Win over Shooting Stars

May 26, 2024 - After missing the entire 2023 CEBL season due to injury, James Karnik has returned with a vengeance. The Surrey, B.C. native scored 14 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter as he willed the Vancouver Bandits (2-0) to a rallying 88-83 win over the Scarborough Shooting Stars (0-2) on Sunday night. Waterman's 28 Points Help Honey Badgers Cruise to 99-82 Victory over BlackJacks

May 26, 2024 - Zane Waterman continued his hot start to the season Sunday scoring 28 points to help the Honey Badgers (2-0) defeat the BlackJacks (0-1) 99-82. The Brampton forward's offence was dialed in throughout the game as he hit three shots from beyond the arc, dished out five assists and snagged three rebounds in 32 minutes of play.
