Pirates Win Home Opener, Look to Go 3-0 in Week 5

April 8, 2026 - ORLANDO, FL - The Orlando Pirates brought arena football back to the Kia Center in a rousing 49-46 come from behind victory over the Quad City Steamwheelers. Pirates quarterback Paxton DeLaurent completed 18 of 25 passes for 236 yards with four touchdowns and wide receiver Nyqwan Murray scored twice as the Pirates won their home opener and ran their record to 2-0 on the season. Meylor Named IFL Offensive Player of the Week

April 1, 2026 - Glendale, Ariz. - After a standout performance in his debut with the Arizona Rattlers, quarterback Max Meylor has been named the Indoor Football League Offensive Player of the Week the league announced Wednesday. Meylor threw three touchdown passes and ran for two, accounting for 233 of his team's 292 total yards. He completed 12 of 19 passes for 217 yards and was the Rattlers' leading rusher with 37 yards on the ground.
