May 14, 2026 - GLENDALE, Arizona - Rattlers placekicker Matthew Cook has been named the IFL Special Teams Player of the week for his performance in Arizona's 66-14 victory Sunday over the Tucson Sugar Skulls.
Cook scored 16 points in the game including four made deuces. A deuce is scored when a kickoff goes through the uprights. It is worth two points. The four deuces are a franchise record. In addition to the deuces, Cook was 8-for-8 on extra points in the game.

May 13, 2026 - ORLANDO, FL - Teo Redding's circus catch with no time remaining was the difference in the Orlando Pirates 60-57 victory over the Fishers Freight at the Kia Center. The Pirates trailed the Freight 57-54 with four seconds remaining. Quarterback Paxton DeLaurent threw a one-yard pass to the left corner of the end zone and Redding went up and over the wall, making the catch to give the Pirates win. Orlando (3-3) remains undefeated at home this season and a perfect 3-0 all-time over the Freight who fall to 5-3 on the year.
