January 26, 2010 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Chicago Wolves News Release

The wives and girlfriends of the Chicago Wolves players will host their annual Valentine's Day Puck Fundraiser at home games beginning on Sat., Jan. 30, with proceeds benefitting Chicago Wolves Charities. The drive will continue throughout February at home games on Tue., Feb. 9; Wed., Feb. 17; Sat., Feb. 20; Sun., Feb. 21; and Sun., Feb. 28.

Special-edition Valentine's Day pucks, packaged with candy, can be purchased for $10 each in the East, North and South concourses of the Allstate Arena during the games. Every puck is autographed by a surprise Wolves player, and if your puck is signed in gold, you will have the opportunity to meet that player after the game.

"The other wives, girlfriends, and I look forward to this fundraiser every year," said Kelly Sipotz, wife of defenseman Brian Sipotz. "This is my sixth year helping out and it is always fun to interact with the fans and show our support for the team. The Chicago Wolves Charities are very important to us and we are excited to have the opportunity to support the causes."
