Gwinnett Braves, Louisville Bats Postponed by Rain

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA - Rain has forced the postponement of today's game between the Gwinnett Braves and the Louisville Bats, originally scheduled for 2:05 PM at Coolray Field. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader scheduled for Monday, May 20 at 5:05 PM.

Both games of Monday's doubleheader will be seven-inning contests separated by a brief break. Left-hander Sean Gilmartin (2-2, 3.10) will start the first game for Gwinnett, while right-hander Tim Corcoran (1-3, 3.93) will start the second game. Both games will be broadcast on WDUN 550 AM and 102.9 FM with Tony Schiavone calling the play-by-play.

Atlanta Braves' right-hander Brandon Beachy was originally scheduled to make his first minor league injury rehab start for Gwinnett today. His next scheduled start is yet to be announced.
