GAME NOTES

Family Day Monday will mark the first time the Ottawa 67's will host a game on Family Day. Bring out the kids, cousins, grandparents, and whoever else you consider family! What's better than spending an afternoon watching fierce rivals compete at Scotiabank Place?

Marching North This will be Brampton's 2nd last visit to Ottawa as a franchise. The Brampton Battalion will be moving at the conclusion of the 2012-2013 season to North Bay. The first season for the unnamed North Bay team will be 2013-2014. North Bay had the Centennials until 2002 when they moved to Saginaw to become the Spirit.

Troops To Keep An Eye On Monday will be a bit of a homecoming for Nicholas Foglia as he was traded from the 67's last summer. During his tenure with the 67's the Brampton native scored 29 points in 137 regular season games while adding 3 points in 25 playoff games. Other notable Battalion players are Blake Clark and Nick Paul, both of whom are in the top 20 in rookie scoring. Paul and Mark Raycroft are both ranked by Central Scouting Services for the upcoming NHL draft. The Battalion also have Dylan Blujus who is a second-round pick of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
