
Hounds Take Offensive Explosion, 10-7

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON- Nobody has questioned the offensive abilities of the Soo Greyhounds. And on Saturday Night the team used three goals in 58 seconds to overcome an mid-first period deficit to eventually skate to a 10-7 win over the Kingston Frontenacs.
Tightening their defensive play in the third period, the Hounds limited Kingston to just four shots on goal while scoring three times to make the difference in the game.
NICK COUSINS, BRANDON ALDERSON, COLIN MILLER and RYAN SPROUL notched four points plus to lead the locals.

With the Hounds improve to 31-21-2-2 on the season, good for 66 points. They remain in 3rd in the West Division and 7th in the Western Conference.
They trail Sarnia and Guelph by a single point, and the Plymouth Whalers by 5 points.
