
Harrington Named to National Junior Team Selection Camp

LONDON, ONTARIO: The London Knights Hockey Club is pleased to announce that defenseman Scott Harrington has been invited to take part in Canada's National Junior Team selection camp once again. He was a member of the silver medal-winning U20 National Junior Team last Christmas in Calgary, Alberta. The camp will take place this upcoming December 11-13, 2012 at the Markin MacPhail Centre at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.
A 2nd round draft pick of the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Harrington has played in 30 games for the Knights this season captaining the team to their current first place standing at 23-5-0-2. He also captained Team OHL in the 2nd OHL Subway Super Series game this past November in Sarnia. Currently in his 4th season in the OHL, Harrington was the Knights 1st round pick in the 2009 OHL Priority Selection.
