
Fred Stamps Earns Player of the Month Honours

Eskimo receiver Fred Stamps is the CFL's Gibson's Finest Player of the Month for his efforts in the month of October.
Stamps had his best month of the season that saw him register 24 receptions for 585 yards receiving five touchdowns. Stamps hit the +1000 yards receiving mark for the second year in a row. He recorded 70 receptions for 1,310 yards receiving and nine touchdowns. He finished second in the CFL in receiving with 1,310 yards, just 18 yards behind the league leader.
The Edmonton Eskimos take on the Toronto Argonauts in the East Semi-Final this Sunday at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Kickoff is at 11:00 a.m. MT.
