Round Rock continues an eight-game home stand with the second of four games against the Las Vegas 51s (Toronto Blue Jays). First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CDT at The Dell Diamond. Round Rock won last night's series opener 4-2. The Express won nine of their last 12 and 10 of their last 14, the season's most successful stretch. Round Rock is 28-31 at home, winning six of the last nine and seven of the last 11 at The Dell Diamond. Las Vegas has lost three of four and six of eight. The 51s are 31-24 on the road and split each of their last three road series. Round Rock is fourth in the PCL's American Southern Division, 14 games behind division-leader Albuquerque. The Express are 7-3 over their last 10 games, the American Conference best record and tied for the PCL's second-best record in that time. Las Vegas is second in the Pacific Southern Division, six-and-a-half games behind division-leader Sacramento.

This is the lone meeting between Round Rock and Las Vegas this season. The 51s took three of four at Cashman Field in Las Vegas last season. ... SERIES NOTES: Las Vegas holds a 17-12 advantage in a series dominated by the home team. Round Rock is 9-4 against the 51s at The Dell Diamond but 3-13 at Cashman Field. Las Vegas won all four series at Cashman Field, including a sweep in 2005. Texas Rangers right-hander Mark Lowe is scheduled to make a one-inning rehab relief appearance tonight. Lowe was placed on the disabled list June 29 with a strained intercostal muscle in his right ribcage. He is 0-0 with a 2.30 ERA (8 ER/31.1 IP) in 26 relief outings for the Rangers this season. This is Lowe's fourth rehab outing; he was 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA (4 ER/4.0 IP) in three outings with Double-A Frisco.

COMING BACK TO LIFE
