Today's Game-- The RedHawks will shoot for a series win and a .500 homestand when they face the Express at 2:05 p.m. this afternoon. Dallas Keuchel looks to earn his fourth win after taking his first loss last time out. The team begins an eight-game road trip to Albuquerque and Omaha tomorrow night.

Last Night-- J.B. Shuck went 5-for-5 and the RedHawks used a six-run first inning to get out to an early lead and pace the way to an 11-5 win over Round Rock. For the second time in three games, the RedHawks tallied 11 runs and tied a season high with 17 hits. Six players had at least two hits and Fernando Martinez, Scott Moore, and Jimmy Paredes each had three RBIs. In his first start off the disabled list, RedHawks pitcher Paul Clemens (2-1) threw 87 pitches over five solid innings. He allowed two runs and four hits with two walks and three strikeouts to earn his second win of the season. Reigning PCL Pitcher of the Week Neil Ramirez exited after allowing six runs and five hits in the first inning. Ramirez (2-2) threw 55 pitches before retiring the side.

Tonight's Probable Pitchers-- Dallas Keuchel looks to bounce back after his first loss of the season Monday against Albuquerque...The lefty still turned in a quality start, allowing three runs over seven innings...He surrendered a go-ahead two-run homer with two outs in the seventh as the RedHawks fell 3-2...Keuchel currently ranks fourth in the PCL each of the following categories: ERA (1.67), WHIP (0.89), and fewest baserunners per nine innings (8.0)...In six career starts at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, Keuchel is 3-1 with a 1.35 ERA...Greg Reynolds is off to a good start for Round Rock despite his 1-2 record...Reynolds has made three quality starts in his four starts this season and has allowed just two earned runs in 15 innings over his last two starts...His WHIP stands at an impressive 1.00 and opponents are only hitting .200 against him...However, he has been prone to giving up the long ball, surrendering five home runs so far (second-most in PCL).

Five Alive-- J.B. Shuck became the first RedHawk to collect five hits in a game this year and the first since Jordan Schafer did it while on a rehab assignment August 20, 2011 against Iowa. It's the second time Shuck has had a five-hit game in his career, with the first coming August 5, 2009 with Lancaster. He went 5-for-6 that game as the JetHawks pounded out 25 hits in an 18-5 win over the High Desert Mavericks.

Homer Happy-- For the first time this season, the RedHawks have homered in three straight games. During the current homestand, the RedHawks have launched seven dingers. In the first homestand of the season, they hit only three homers, including none in the final four games. It's also the second time this year they've hit five home runs in a series (@ Memphis, 4/13-4/16). After Luis Hernandez's homer last night for Round Rock, the RedHawks pitching staff has now allowed a home run in seven straight games.

You Better Think Twice-- The RedHawks have caught 10 of 21 attempted base stealers for a 45.5% caught stealing rate, second-best in the league. Landon Powell has hosed out four of the six who've tried to steal against him, and Carlos Corporan is 6-for-16.

Moore Offense-- Scott Moore is first in the PCL in on-base percentage (.535), second in slugging percentage (.703), and tied for third in batting average (.400). He leads the team with eight multi-RBI games and seven multi-hit games. He's also been perfect in the field in 77 total chances.

Rough Starts-- After posting a 2.14 ERA through the first 16 games of the season, the starting rotation has faltered a bit during the homestand. Over the last seven games, the starting rotation has a 6.63 ERA (28 ER/38.0 IP) and has allowed 47 hits in 38 innings. Three of those starts have lasted less than five innings.

Notable Streaks-- Fernando Martinez holds the team's longest current hitting streak at five games (.333, 8x24). Scott Moore has hit safely in four straight (.533, 8x15) as well as in eight of his last nine games (.429, 12x28). Jimmy Paredes has hit safely in eight of his last nine games as well as nine of his last 11 (.367, 18x49) raising his season average from .206 to .301.

Snyder Family Reunion-- After RedHawks outfielder and older brother Brad Snyder got the best of his younger brother and Express pitcher Ben with a single Thursday night, the younger Snyder got his payback with a strikeout last night. The bros from Bellevue, Ohio had not faced each other in a game since an intrasqaud scrimmage when they were in high school.

Against the Express-- Last season the RedHawks went 6-10 against Round Rock, who ran away with the division by 17 games...The RedHawks won just one of eight games at home, including losses in each of first six games...J.B. Shuck led the OKC offense, batting .396 against Express pitching...The next series is June 14-17 in Round Rock.

Shadrick's Swan Song-- Today's game will be the final one for the "Voice of the RedHawks" J.P. Shadrick, who recently accepted a job in the Jacksonville Jaguars' communications department. Shadrick was the team's primary broadcaster since the 2011 season and previously spent five years with the Double-A Jacksonville Suns. Alex Freedman will assume all broadcasting duties beginning with tomorrow's game in Albuquerque.
