
Bulldogs Travel To Face The Phantoms And Amerks

The Hamilton Bulldogs hit the road this weekend to play the Adirondack Phantoms (AHL Affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers) at the Glen Falls Civic Center on Friday January 13th, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The 'Dogs then continue their road trip and will play against the Rochester Americans (AHL Affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres) at the Blue Cross Arena on Saturday January 14th, 2012 at 7:35 p.m. The 'Dogs then return home to battle the Toronto Marlies (AHL Affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs) at Copps Coliseum on Sunday January 15th, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.
Andreas Engqvist and Aaron Palushaj are the featured guests at TOMORROW's taping of Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Hour, presented by Faloney's.
The third taping of this interactive show, co-hosted by Hamilton Bulldogs Senior Director of Broadcasting and Community Relations / Play-By-Play Announcer Derek Wills and Colour Commentator Al Craig, will focus on the 2012 AHL Outdoor Classic presented by Molson and Boston Pizza. The taping will take place on Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 at 7 p.m. at Faloney's of Ancaster, located at 534 Garner Road East in Ancaster.
A second taping of the show focused on the Outdoor Classic will take place NEXT WEEK on Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 at 7 p.m.
At all Friday night Hamilton Bulldogs home games at Copps Coliseum, fans can purchase draft beer for only $3.00 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Fans must be of legal drinking age and are asked to drink responsibly.
For the game against the Toronto Marlies and at all Sunday afternoon home games, fans can also purchase a "Pizza Pizza Family Pack", which includes four tickets to the game and a $20.00 food and beverage voucher for only $60.00! The Hamilton Bulldogs faced off against the Syracuse Crunch at Copps Coliseum Friday, January 6th, 2012 and won 5-2 with Aaron Palushaj scoring his seventh and eighth goals of the season while adding an assist. Nathan Lawson earned his 10th win by stopping 30 of the 31 shots he faced. Syracuse's Patrick Maroon scored his 16th of the season.

The Hamilton Bulldogs defeated the Toronto Marlies 4-1 on Saturday January 7th, 2012 at Ricoh Coliseum. Andreas Engqvist scored a goal and Zach Fitzgerald netted his second goal of the season. Robert Mayer picked up the win making 19 saves on 20 shots. Ryan Hamilton scored his 16th of the season for the Marlies.

Robert Mayer earned the win stopping 35 of the 36 shots he faced. Lennart Petrell of the Barons scored his first of the season.
