
Cats Lose a Tight One

Moncton Wildcats News Release
The Wildcats came out flying in the first period outshooting PEI 18-6. The cats were boosted by the largest crowd of the season, 5551 strong. Patrick Delisle-Houde tied it at 1 going into the 2nd period. Brandon Shea broke the goose egg with a lazer shot to make the game 2-1, where it stayed for a large portion of the game. The third period was a close match with shots 9-6 in favor of PEI, however, PEI got the better of the cats with two goals for the win with a final score of 3-2.
The Wildcats continued their dominance on the PP with both goals being scored there and a 50% PP percentage.
The Wildcats play Chicoutimi at home on Sunday October 30th for the second night of the Pink in the Rink weekend. The Auction starts at 3PM and ends at the end of the 2nd intermission. Come out and see a great game in support of a great cause!
