Swift Current, SK - Swift Current Bronco General Manager and Head Coach, Mark Lamb has announced that the club has released netminder Derek Tendler.
Tendler was acquired from the Vancouver Giants in early October for a 6th round WHL Bantam Draft pick in 2011. He wrapped up the 2010-11 campaign recording one win and two losses in nine games played with the Broncos. The 6'0", 211 pound product of Regina, SK held a 3.96 GAA and an 88.3 save percentage.
