Sea Dogs to Host Picnic in the Park on July 30th

Portland, Maine - The Portland Sea Dogs will host the third annual "Picnic in the Park" event on Saturday, July 30th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Hadlock Field. Fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a picnic style meal at the ballpark and meet the 2011 Portland Sea Dogs. Tickets for the event are $15.00.
Fans will be allowed access to the field to meet and collect autographs from the 2011 Portland Sea Dogs. The Hadlock Field picnic area will open at 11:30 AM where fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a picnic lunch. The picnic area will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, fountain soda, Sea Dog biscuits, and more.
Additionally, the Sea Dogs will have the Speed Pitch booth set-up on the field to allow fans to test their arm to see how fast they can throw.
Player autographs will be from 11:30-12:30 PM. The picnic area will remain open until 1:00 PM. Fans are encouraged to bring their own items for autographs as well as their own camera for photos. The Sea Dogs Souvenir Store will also be open throughout the event.
Tickets for the event are $15.00 for both kids and adults. The $15.00 includes your meal and access to the field for autographs and photos. The cost does NOT include a ticket to the Sea Dogs game at 6:00 PM against the Altoona Curve (Pirates).
