Rascals Game Cancelled
July 7, 2011 - Frontier League (FL) River City Rascals
O'Fallon, Mo. - Due to steady rain in O'Fallon throughout the day and into the evening, the River City Rascals were forced to cancel their game against the Washington WildThings.The game will not be made up after several attempts to resume play following an out in the top of the first before the delay, which lasted one hour and 10 minutes. The two teams do not face each other again this season.
River City begins a three game series tomorrow at T.R. Hughes Ballpark as the Rascals host the Lake Erie Crushers. The Friday night game is set for first pitch at 7:05 with a fireworks display to follow, presented by Dr. Pepper.
