
Calgary Hitmen Director of Business Operations Mike Moore up for WHL Award

Calgary, AB ¬" The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club would like to congratulate Director of Business Operations Mike Moore on his Western Hockey League Award Nomination.
Moore is the Eastern Conference Nominee for the 2010/11 WHL Marketing / Public Relations Award.
His work with the club this season was nothing short of outstanding helping raise over $182,000 for various charities such as Prostate Cancer Canada, Calgary Interfaith Food Bank, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Distress Centre, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Fields for Life as well as over 50 charities who received stuffed toys through the Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss.
In addition, the Hitmen also set a new Canadian Hockey League single game attendance record when 20,888 fans attended WHL Outdoors at McMahon Stadium on February 21st.
