
Skate with the Sharks in Fitchburg on Tuesday

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President Michael A. Mudd announced that the Sharks and the Twin City Youth Hockey Association will be hosting the first "Skate with the Sharks" presented in part by Papa Gino's and the Sentinel & Enterprise on Tuesday, November 9 from 5:20 - 7:30p.m. at the Wallace Civic Center in Fitchburg, MA. The event is the first of four "Skate with the Sharks" during the 2010-11 hockey season and is open to all Sharks fans.
The Sharks will hold a team practice from approximately 5:20-6:20p.m. Following practice, fans will have the opportunity to skate with the team and FINZ from 6:30-7:30p.m. During that time, fans of all ages can also receive autographs, take photos and get to know the Worcester Sharks players. During the two hour session, members from the Sharks staff will be holding a raffle to win some great Sharks prizes. Sharks Merchandise will also be available to get you ready for Sharks action all season long!
Skate with the Sharks presented in part by Papa Gino's and the Sentinel & Enterprise is free to attend and open for all Sharks fans to participate. A free Sharks ticket voucher will be given to all children 12 and under compliments of Papa Gino's. Helmets are required.
The Sharks travel to Manchester on Friday for their first visit to the Verizon Wireless Arena before returning home to host the Penguins on Saturday. The first 3,000 fans will receive an Alex Stalock bobblehead presented by Saint Vincent Hospital on Saturday at the DCU Center!
