Sound Tigers Sign Brandon Svendsen to PTO

BRIDGEPORT, Conn (Nov. 7, 2010) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced this afternoon that they have signed forward Brandon Svendsen to a professional tryout contract (PTO).
Svendsen attended the Sound Tigers training camp this year and appeared in all of their three preseason contests. The 25-year-old forward comes to the Sound Tigers from the Kalamazoo Wings, their ECHL affiliate, where he had six goals and seven assists in nine games to start the 2010-11 season. Svendsen spent the majority of last season with the AHL's Binghamton Senators and recorded 20 points (7g/13a) in 71 games.
