SPRINGFIELD, MA March 9, 2010 - The Springfield Armor today announced that they have added Christopher Ayer to their roster to replace Tony Bobbitt who was lost due to a season-ending injury last week.

Ayer, a 6-10, 230-pound center from Tucson, Arizona, has played for the Bakersfield Jam and Utah Flash this season. In three games with Utah, he averaged 2.7 points and 2.3 rebounds in 22 minutes.
