
Mystics Release Pre-Season Schedule

Washington, D.C. - The 2010 Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) pre-season schedule was released today by the league office. The Washington Mystics will face Eastern Conference rivals New York Liberty and Atlanta Dream prior to the start of the regular season.
Washington will host New York on Wednesday, May 5 at 11:30 a.m. for its annual school day game. It is a chance for children to enjoy a fast-paced basketball game with educational programming and kid friendly entertainment. Tickets for the school day preseason game are currently on sale at 202-527-7508. The Mystics will travel to Cookeville, Tennessee to take on the Dream on Sunday, May 9 at 2:00 p.m.
The Washington Mystics made a return to the playoffs following a 16-18 campaign. Season, group tickets and six packs for the 2010 season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 or by visiting the Mystics web site at www.washingtonmystics.com.
