Charlie Kronschnabel Loaned To Syracuse

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that forward Charlie Kronschnabel () has been loaned to the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL. This marks the second trip of the season to Syracuse for Kronschnabel, a third year pro from St. Paul, Minnesota. He was loaned to the Crunch on December 29, 2009, and played four games for Syracuse without registering a point or any penalty minutes before being returned to Reading on January 18, 2010. Kronschnabel has scored seven goals, assisted on nine others (sixteen points), and picked up twenty-seven penalty minutes in thirty-five games for Reading this year.

The Royals are off until Saturday night (January 30, 2010 @ 7:05 pm) when the Charlotte Checkers visit the Sovereign Center for the first time this season. The first 1500 fans 21 years of age and older that night will receive a Royals' beer mug courtesy of Coors Light. The Royals game night broadcast on the Royals Radio Network presented by Transmissions by Arbogast will kick off with the pre-game warm-up show at 6:35 pm.
