September 18, 2009 - Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL)
Saint John Sea Dogs News Release

SAINT JOHN, NB --- The Saint John Sea Dogs and Can Am Charters have partnered in a new initiative for the 2009-10 QMJHL season which aims to enhance the line of communication between Sea Dogs players and their fans.

This venture invites Sea Dogs fans from throughout south western New Brunswick to write their favourite player, either through the post (to 99 Station St., Suite 200/Saint John, NB/E2L 4X4) or by dropping off their letter at the Dog Box next to Sea Dogs Central on the main concourse at Harbour Station at any Sea Dogs home game. Every letter will be replied to with a personalized response and autograph.

"We're very pleased to be partnering with Can Am Charters for this exciting promotion and we hope that our fans will take advantage of this unique opportunity to correspond with our players," says Sea Dogs President Wayne Long.

Fans will be able to drop off their letters at Sea Dogs Central beginning this weekend when Saint John hosts Cape Breton (Saturday, 7pm) and Halifax (Sunday, 4pm) in the team's 2009-10 Home Opening Weekend. Tickets to either of this weekend's home games can be obtained by calling the Harbour Station Box Office at (506) 657-1234.
