Springfield Cardinals News Release
The Springfield Cardinals are proud to host their fifth annual Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Day, coming up at Hammons Field this Saturday.
Gates will open up at 2pm and the festivities will kick off, soon thereafter. Tours of the Pressbox, the Indoor Training Facility, as well as the Cardinals' Clubhouse will be taking place throughout the afternoon.
Fans are encouraged to play catch on the field, and also enjoy the free food and beverages, provided by Sport Service and the Springfield Cardinals. Kids can take advantage of free inflatable games, provided by Amberg Entertainment.
And because this year's event will take place during the day, everyone will get to enjoy the St. Louis Cardinals' game at Wrigley Field in Chicago, as the Cards and Cubs will battle at 3:10pm. Chris Carpenter (6-3) will toe the mound for St. Louis, while Ted Lilly (8-6) will throw for Chicago.
Thanks again to all of our great Season Ticket Holders for all your continued support!
