
Defender Marcelo Saragosa to Miss 4-6 Weeks After Surgery

FRISCO, Texas (Friday, March 6, 2009) -- FC Dallas defender Marcelo Saragosa has undergone successful surgery to remove a torn medial meniscus in his right knee and will be out of action for 4-6 weeks.
Saragosa has appeared in six of eight preseason games in 2009, making five starts on the right side of the defense. The six-year MLS veteran previously had surgery on the medial meniscus in the same knee in October of 2008.
