
Wingnuts' Mohr Sold to the Rockies

DURHAM, NC - The American Association of Independent Professional Baseball announced today that Wichita Wingnuts OF Dustan Mohr has been sold to the Colorado Rockies. Mohr will report to Colorado's Triple A affiliate, Colorado Springs. In 16 games with the Wingnuts, the Hattiesburg, MS native hit .208 with two home runs, 13 RBI and nine runs scored.
Mohr was a ninth round selection of the Cleveland Indians in the 1997 MLB draft. In 2001, the 31-year-old made his major league debut with the Minnesota Twins. He has also played in the big leagues with the San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies, Boston Red Sox and most recently the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
