Valor Advance to ArenaBowl XXXI

July 21, 2018 - ALBANY, NY - The Washington Valor punched their ticket to ArenaBowl XXXI following a 47-40 win over the Albany Empire Saturday night at Times Union Center in Albany, NY. It was the second game of a home-and-home playoff series, which Washington won in aggregate scoring, 103-97. Valor quarterback Arvell Nelson threw for five touchdowns, ran for two more and was named the game's Most Valuable Player. July 18, 2018 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Arena Football League announced today that Washington Valor quarterback Arvell Nelson and defensive back Fred Obi have been named Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, for their performances against the Albany Empire in Game 1 of Washington's postseason series. Gray and Duvalt Named Second Team All-Arena

July 17, 2018 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Arena Football League announced today selections for the 2018 All-Arena First and Second Teams, which include Valor wide receiver Reggie Gray and kick returner Chris Duvalt. Both were named Second Team All-Arena after leading the team in receiving yards and kickoff return yards, respectively.
