December 12, 2025 - The 2022 and 2024 NWL Champions Kalamazoo Growlers will begin the 2026 season on Monday, May 25, featuring 131 Rivals, the Traverse City Pit Spitters at home. Opening Day features a 1:05 pm start time. Three of the first seven home contests are Education Day games. Each game features a pre-game STEM Expo for students to attend to get a hands-on and educational opportunity for them to learn, interact, and participate in science, technology, engineering, and math activities and demonstrations. Growlers Shortstop Noah Coy Receives 2025 Rawlings Hitting Award from Northwoods League

December 2, 2025 - The Northwoods League announced the recipients of the 2025 Rawlings Hitting Awards and Kalamazoo Growlers shortstop Noah Coy is among the recipients. This award is given to the player at each position who had the best batting average during the 2025 regular season. Coy played in 52 games and batted .363 at the plate, .473 SLG, .494 OBP, with 66 hits, 44 RBI's, 9 doubles and 4 triples in 2025. Growlers Donate $2,182 to Bronson Children's Hospital

October 24, 2025 - Porter and the team visited Bronson Children's Hospital with a big check to donate $2,182. The specialty jerseys were auctioned off and Growlers fans raised money - they were designed by kids receiving treatment. Porter brought gifts, visited kids in their hospital rooms and took pictures with them. The check presentation was to Child Life Specialist Brooke Heck and Major Gifts Officer Jenna Ellis with Bronson Healthcare. Former Growler Joey Loperfido to Appear in 2025 World Series as Toronto Blue Jay

October 22, 2025 - Former Growler, Joey Loperfido (2018), is playing in the World Series for the Toronto Blue Jays. The Duke outfielder was a 7th round draft pick in 2021 - the 10th former Growler to play in the MLB. Loperfido hit .471 as a member of the first Growlers team to make the playoffs with a 41-31 record. He made his debut in April 2024 and is a career .248 hitter with 8 home runs and 39 RBI's.
