March 3, 2026 - [KALAMAZOO, MI] - The Kalamazoo Growlers have signed three-time All-Star, two-time Silver Slugger and fan-favorite Cecil Fielder to a one-day coaching contract for Friday, July 31 at Homer Stryker Field. Fielder will set the starting lineup, coach first base and lead game preparation as the Growlers take on the newly formed Richmond Flying Mummies. Growlers Announce 3 Postgame Drone Shows June 11-13

February 23, 2026 - [KALAMAZOO, MI] - Kalamazoo's night sky is getting a high-tech makeover this summer. The Growlers have officially cleared the air for three consecutive postgame drone shows on June 11, June 12, and June 13, marking the first time a production of this scale has been created at Homer Stryker Field. During its February 3 meeting, City Commissioners approved the purchase of new protective netting and the replacement of 1,028 seats. February 4, 2026 - KALAMAZOO, MI - The Kalamazoo Growlers and the City of Kalamazoo are pleased to announce a 10-year extension to the team's lease at Homer Stryker Field. This new agreement builds upon the current lease-set to expire in 2028-and ensures that Growlers baseball and community events will remain a staple of the Mayor's Riverfront Park through the 2038 season.
