NASHVILLE, Tennessee - New Orleans starter Wade LeBlanc pitched seven strong innings and received some rare run support in the Zephyrs 10-6 win at Greer Stadium. Clint Sammons hammered a pair of home runs for New Orleans in their second consecutive win. The Zephyrs scored five runs in the second inning sending nine batters to the plate. The Z's pounded out 14 hits including a season high four home runs. LeBlanc earned his third win of the season and his fifth consecutive quality start. The Zephyrs had scored an average of 1.8 runs per game in LeBlanc starts, he got nine runs in this start. Nashville rallied with a four run eighth inning but Sandy Rosario closed out the contest.

Game Notes - The Zephyrs five run second inning matched their most scoring in an inning this season. Clint Sammons two home run effort is the first multi home run game of the year. The Z's are two games over .500 for the first time since May 17th. Zephyr starter Wade LeBlanc won for the second time since April 12, despite eight quality starts in that stretch.
