Yard Goats Announce $5 Parking Again

(Hartford, CT) The Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, announced fan friendly parking and commuter plan, which once again includes $5 parking at six select lots and garages, convenient game day CTfasttrak and bus schedule, and even 100 bike racks right at the ballpark. Fans will have the opportunity to park for $5 within a block of Dunkin' Donuts Park through a partnership with LAZ Parking and Hartford Parking Authority.  

"We're pleased to be able to offer fans $5 parking once again this season, thanks to our great partners at LAZ Parking and the Hartford Parking Authority, along with convenient transit options like CTfastrak," said Yard Goats General Manager Mike Abramson.

"Yard Goat baseball is once again bringing fans and families to downtown Hartford and LAZ is proud to bringing first-in-class customer service to Hartford's Donuts Park," stated LAZ Parking Regional Vice President, CT Jim Marzi. "We look forward to our continued partnership and are confident it will enhance the fan experience and bring strong economic activity and vitality to downtown Hartford."

In addition to the $5 parking, there will be a very high level of bus service, including the new CTfastrak service, from throughout the greater Hartford area to within two blocks of Dunkin' Donuts Park. There is free parking available at many CTfastrak stations in New Britain, Newington and West Hartford, and CTfastrak buses have frequent service before and after each home game. Fans may plan a transit trip to the Yard Goats game with Google Transit or Transit App (available in the App Store and in Google Play).

Fans are invited to park for $5 at any of the following lots and garages (visit yardgoatsbaseball.com/parking to view park driving directions and our new interactive aerial parking map):

Market Street (300 Market Street)

Morgan Street (1000 Main Street)

MAT Garage (55 Chapel Street South)

Main Street Stadium Lot (58 Chapel Street North)

San Juan lot (480 Ann Uccello Street)

Trumbull Street Stadium Lot (1212 Main Street)

All six lots are easily accessible from two major highways, Interstate 84 and Interstate 91. Fans will have the opportunity to pre-pay for parking through the Yard Goats website, and via the LAZgo app.

The Hartford Yard Goats will open the 2018 season on Thursday, April 5 (7:05 PM) at Dunkin' Donuts Park against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays affiliate). All seats are sold out for Opening Night but a limited number of standing room tickets are now available. Individual Game Tickets, Season Tickets, 18-game plans, group and hospitality tickets and luxury suites are now on sale by calling 860-246-GOAT (4628), by visiting online at www.yardgoatsbaseball.com, or in person at the Click It or Ticket Box Office at Dunkin' Donuts Park.
