Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz News Release

OKLAHOMA CITY YARD DAWGZ (6-3) vs. ARKANSAS TWISTERS (6-3)

SATURDAY, JUNE 16th, 2007- ALLTEL ARENA (16,058) 7:00 P.M. CST

The Yard Dawgz are back on the road as they head to Little Rock to challenge their division rivals, the Arkansas Twisters. The Twisters and Yard Dawgz are tied for second in the division behind the Tulsa Talons. Arkansas and Oklahoma City are both 3-1 in division play.

Oklahoma City has hit their stride mid-season, as they have won 4 games straight, tying the longest win streak in franchise history. They still lead the league in yards/game and pass offense. The offensive line is still holding strong, allowing only 4 sacks on the season, best in the af2.

The last time the Twisters and Dawgz met was in 2006, when the Yard Dawgz hosted Arkansas for the first round of playoffs. The Twisters came out on top, 47-43, and ended Oklahoma's quest for the ArenaCup.

"We expect this game to be a knock-down, drag out fight," commented Head Coach John Fitzgerald. "Arkansas and [Oklahoma City] are fairly evenly matched, so we'll have to play our best to come out on top."

All Yard Dawgz games will be broadcast live on KTOK AM1000 and KGFF AM1450 and also online at www.ktok.com and www.kgff.com. Each game can be viewed by clicking the B2 Networks link found on the Yard Dawgz website, www.okcyarddawgz.com.

Kickoff is set for 7:05 p.m. CST. For more information, visit www.okcyarddawgz.com.
