Columbus Clippers News Release
Aaron Small, a member of the Yankees starting rotation, will pitch a rehab start for the Clippers, Thursday evening vs. the Louisville Bats. Small was 10-0 with a 3.20 ERA with the Yankees last season. He started last season with Columbus.
Louisville pitcher Tom Shearn is a Columbus Briggs grad. Tom was a high school teammate of the Clippers head grounds keeper Colin Lattimer. The Bats are the top farm club of the Cincinnati Reds.
The Bats play a two game series in Columbus today and tomorrow. Both games start at 7:05 PM
