Memphis Xplorers News Release
SOUTHAVEN, MS- The Memphis Xplorers of af2 are pleased to announce that all remaining games in the 2004 schedule will be heard worldwide via SportsJuice.com.
The Xplorers, who broadcast their games in the Mid-South on SportsPlus 790 WMC, will now move into the realm of internet broadcasting for the first time this season. Director of Broadcasting Galen Clavio says that he's excited about giving fans a chance to hear the Xplorers regardless of where they are.
"SportsJuice.com is a wonderful resource, because it gives people who are interested in Xplorers football an easy way to keep up with the team," said Clavio. "You'd be surprised at the number of times I've gotten requests from people for an internet feed of our broadcast, particularly from fans who can't be in the Memphis area to hear the games."

The Xplorers' first broadcast on SportsJuice.com will be this weekend, as Memphis travels to Florida to take on the Firecats. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 CST.
The game will be a rematch of the second game of the season for both teams, a thrilling affair that saw the Xplorers prevail 54-51. That win was Memphis's first of the season. The Xplorers go into this weekend's game hoping to sweep the Firecats for the first time in team history.
The Xplorers now stand at 4-3 on the season. Following this weekend's Floridian excursion, Memphis will return home for a game on June 5th versus the Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings.
Game time this weekend is scheduled for 6:30 PM CST, with pre-game scheduled for approximately 6:20 PM. All sixteen regular season Xplorers football games will be heard throughout the Mid-South on SportsPlus 790 WMC, and worldwide on SportsJuice.com.
